The First Year Chemical Engineering Students\u2019 Exhibition is held annually to celebrate First Year Chemical Engineering students\u2019 hard work throughout the whole semester. Every year, a campaign that integrates three First-Year courses; Introduction to Engineering (ITE), Introduction to Computer Programming (ICP), and Industrial Seminar and Profession (ISP) is organised to address a current sustainable development issue plaguing the community. The aim of these campaigns is not only to increase the students\u2019 awareness of the issues, but to hone their critical thinking and problem-solving skills through developing a solution to the problem. Through presentations and reports, the students\u2019 soft skills are refined so that they are prepared for their future careers. It is the Faculty of Chemical and Energy Engineering\u2019s firm belief that these campaigns have a powerful impact on the students, shaping them into proficient future engineers.<\/p>\n
