Course Planning and Enhancement Workshop for CPBL 2024<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Date:<\/strong> 21-22 August 2024 (Wednesday-Thursday)<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n The objectives<\/strong> of this program:<\/span><\/p>\n 1. Review and update course files (CI), design, assessments, and CPBL implementation for ITE and ISP courses.<\/span><\/p>\n 2. Design sustainability-based CPBL problems for the upcoming semester.<\/span><\/p>\n 3. Plan publication strategies from CPBL implementation outcomes, including teaching modules, teaching awards, journals, and bulletins on UTM\u2019s website and the official FCESSE exhibition page.<\/span><\/p>\n 4. Plan the FCESSE 2024\/2025 exhibition work schedule.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n The Course Planning and Enhancement Workshop for CPBL 2024 was a collaborative initiative aimed at refining and enhancing Industrial and Professional Seminar (SETK1511)<\/strong> and Introduction to Engineering (SETK1523) <\/strong>courses. This two-day workshop brought together lecturers involved to engage in comprehensive discussions and planning sessions focused on course design, assessment methods, and the implementation of Cooperative Problem-Based Learning (CPBL).<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Program Impact<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n 1. Systematic Course Planning: Improved course design, teaching methods, and assessment strategies were established, leading to more structured and effective courses.<\/span><\/p>\n 2. High-Impact Teaching Projects: Developed projects with the potential for future research and educational competition participation.<\/span><\/p>\n 3. Enhanced Teaching Resources: Created valuable documentation such as teaching modules and research data collection tools to support continuous learning improvements.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.
