Oral presentation guideline:

  • The official language is English
  • Please prepare presentation slides in the format of PowerPoint  
  • The conference will be equipped with a laptop that is connected to the projector in each parallel session
  • Please upload your presentation slides 30 minutes before the start of the session/track.
  • The total time allocated to each speaker is 15 minutes. You should plan to speak for 12 minutes and leave 3 minutes for questions.
  • Invited speakers have 20 minutes in total, and they should plan to speak for about 15 min, leaving 5 min for questions.

Poster presentation guidelines:

Dimensions

The poster should be an A1 size and must be mounted in portrait orientation. This means that the poster should not be wider than 594mm, and not higher than 841 mm. 

Title

The title should be the same as in the submitted abstract. Include the title of your presentation at the top of the poster. 

Poster Organization

There is no specific template for the poster layout. Authors are free to use their own design. However, you are advised to divide your poster into sections such as Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions and references. You might consider organizing your poster around the following questions:

  • What problem do you address? (Objectives)
  • Why is this problem important? (Background)
  • How did you address the problem? (Methods)
  • What did you discover as a result of your work? (Results)
  • What are the conclusions or greater implications of your work? (Discussion and conclusions)

POSTERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE DISPLAYED THROUGHOUT THE CONFERENCE.

Posters representing authors are required to be available for presentation during the scheduled poster sessions.
The poster should be put up no later 9 am on the first day of the conference
