Her research focuses on calcium phosphate chemistry, tissue engineering, drug and vaccine delivery systems, and regenerative therapy, including projects such as the MicroLung (SEA-Europe) and BioTUNE (MSCA 2020\u20132024) consortia. She has developed several CHA-based biomedical products\u2014three already commercialized and two in progress\u2014and holds 18 patents and 8 international book chapters. Professor Ana has received numerous prestigious awards, including the Habibie Prize (2022), WIPO National Award for Inventor (2023), and Asia Best Innovation Award (2024), and serves on the TERMIS-AP Council.
