Promoting Staff Wellness Through the
Healthy Lifestyle Program
As part of its ongoing commitment to staff welfare, the Faculty of Chemical and Energy Engineering recently hosted the Healthy Lifestyle Program (Aerobics)—Series 1 and 2. This initiative was specially designed to support the physical and mental well-being of faculty staff through engaging, health-focused activities.
Held in a fun and energetic atmosphere, the aerobics sessions provided a refreshing break from the daily routine, allowing participants to stay active while also fostering camaraderie among colleagues. The program aligns with the faculty’s broader goals of promoting work-life balance and creating a supportive, health-conscious work environment.
Beyond just exercise, the program aimed to instill positive lifestyle habits that contribute to long-term wellness. Participants expressed enthusiasm for the sessions and appreciation for the faculty’s effort in prioritizing employee health.
With strong participation and positive feedback, the faculty looks forward to continuing similar health initiatives in the future, making well-being a core part of campus culture.
