In this section, the awards and achievements received by staff and students of the previous 2 faculties which are Faculty of Chemical Engineering (FChE) and Faculty of Petroleum and Renewable Energy Engineering (FPREE) will be highlighted, in addition to the accolades obtained after merging of the faculties on the 1st of October 2015, as the Faculty of Chemical and Energy Engineering (FCEE). As individual faculties, FChE and FPREE have been at the top in UTM in terms of awards and achievements. So, with this consolidation, the new faculty FCEE have achieved higher than before and hopefully even higher in the coming years.
