Separation process II laboratory course is a laboratory course designated specifically for FChE final year students and it is conducted in the Separation Process II Laboratory. This lab course is an extension to separation process II laboratory course in which students will be further trained to operate numerous unit operations that are normally used for separation purposes (i.e. to obtain desired product). In this laboratory course, students will receive close supervision in conducting experimentation related to particle characterization, crystallization, solid-liquid separation, membrane separation processes, and spray and tray drying.
