FCEE in-house analytical laboratories provide analytical and/or testing services for projects ranging from advanced R&D research projects to routine quality tests and chemical analysis. These labs have been equipped with high-end analytical apparatus e.g. Gas Chromatopgraphy (GC) unit, High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), material stress-strain testing unit, etc. and managed by a skilled personal on analytical laboratory work. FCEE staff and students will get free access to these labs and visitors will be charged depending on either number of samples per test or rental rate per analytical apparatus used. Due to a high demand for analytical work, it is recommended that FCEE staff and students make necessary arrangement (i.e. advance booking/reservation) with technical officer in charge before coming into the lab.
Analytical laboratories in FCEE include (1) Chemical Analysis Lab and (2) Polymer Analysis Lab.
